This Distributor agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of 17-10-2023 (the “Effective Date”)
BETWEEN,
ICON STAR INDIA is a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at ICON STAR INDIA, D2, F-8 Krishna Apra Royal Plaza, Commercial Belt, Alfa 1, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201308. Hereinafter referred as “the Company” (which expression shall unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, include its authorized representatives and assigns).
AND Ranjit Kumar, a firm/entity/individual, desirous of engaging as a Distributor for the Company, resident/officiated at Post Baradi Jigina Rohtas Sasaram Bihar [Registered Mobile No. - 8207404822 ; E- mail – rk647098@gmail.com ]
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Company herein, in agreement with several Banks as a Business Correspondent, is engaged in providing varied Remote Banking Services i.e., Mobile Recharge, Balance inquiry, Mini Statement, Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), Vendor Payment, Aadhar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) services etc. and has the necessary clearances and infrastructure, in consonance with the RBI guidelines in this regard.
WHEREAS, Ranjit Kumar is an individual/company/ firm, desirous of collaborating with the Company, to sell the distinct services provided by the Company, among its customers
WHEREAS, the Company herein has satisfied itself with regards to the financial and other general eligibility of the Prospective Retail Partner.
WHEREAS, the Parties herein mutually agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows,
1. DEFINITIONS
“Aadhaar Holder” shall mean an individual who holds a valid Aadhaar card and number.
“Aadhaar Authentication” shall mean authentication type supporting diverse customer information, namely.
a)Biometric information
b)Demographic Matching
